Traffic Advice
Extension of Temporary Traffic Arrangements at Lam Yu Road, Yuen Long

          Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate the construction works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will continue to be implemented from 6.00 p.m. on 27 May 2024 to 6.00 p.m. on 31 October 2024:

• Road Closure
  The section of Lam Yu Road from its junction with Shan Ha Road to about 130 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
  
  

• Banning of Turning Movement
  The vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length or 3.5 metres in height will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn movements from Lam Hau Tsuen Road Roundabout onto Lam Yu Road.
  
  
• Traffic Diversion
  (I) Affected vehicles on Shan Ha Road southbound heading for Lam Yu Road will be diverted via Tong Yan San Tsuen Interchange, Long Tin Road northbound, Shui Pin Wai Interchange, Long Tin Road southbound, Tong Yan San Tsuen Interchange, Shan Ha Road northbound, Town Park Road South eastbound and Lam Hau Tsuen Road southbound; and,
  
  (II) Affected vehicles on Shan Ha Road northbound heading for Lam Yu Road will be diverted via Town Park Road South eastbound and Lam Hau Tsuen Road southbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists.
