ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zones on Fung Shing Street, Wong Tai Sin
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 24 May 2024, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-
(i) The southern kerbside lane of Fung Shing Street from its junction with the unnamed access road connecting to King Lai Court to a point about 15 metres east of the same junction;
(ii) The southern kerbside lane of Fung Shing Street from its junction with the unnamed access road connecting to King Lai Court to a point about 10 metres west of the same junction; and
(iii) The section of the unnamed access road connecting King Lai Court from its junction with Fung Shing Street to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
