In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 10 May 2024, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the section of Ching Hong Road northbound from its junction with Tsing Yi Road to a point about 60 metres north of the same junction; and
   2. the section of Ching Hong Road northbound from a point about 75 metres north of its junction with Tsing Yi Road to a point about 135 metres north of the same junction.

            Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods

            The extent of the restricted zones is indicated by appropriate road markings.

            At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
