ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374 SUB. LEG. G)
Restricted Zones in Chai Wan

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 8 March 2024, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

(a) the northern kerbside lane of the northern unnamed access road leading from Lin Shing Road southbound to Cape Collinson Road from its junction with Cape Collinson Road to a point about 5 metres west of the same junction; and
(b) the western kerbside lane of Cape Collinson Road from its junction with the northern unnamed access road leading from Lin Shing Road southbound to Cape Collinson Road to a point about 10 metres north of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
