ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zone on Yuet Wah Street, Kwun Tong


        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 12 January 2024, the western kerbside lane of Yuet Wah Street from a point about 40 metres south of its southern junction with Hip Wo Street to a point about 105 metres south of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone from 8.00 am to 10.00 am and 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm daily.


        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from: -


(a)    picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)    loading or unloading goods.


        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs or road markings.


        At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
