Motorists are advised that the section of Yen Ming Road carriageway connecting Yen Ming Road and Hoi Fan Road northbound will be fully opened with effect from 11.00 p.m. on 29 December 2023.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
