Notification is hereby given under section 7(5) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368) that the plan numbered KM11025 dated 23 July 2023 delineating the boundaries of the following of the Cross-Harbour Tunnel has been deposited in the Land Registry since 24 July 2023.

1. the tunnel as varied pursuant to section 6(1) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368); and
2. the toll area as determined pursuant to section 6(1) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368)

The plan numbered HKM6163 dated 24 August 1999 delineating the boundaries of the Cross-Harbour Tunnel which was deposited in the Land Registry on 27 August 1999 has been superseded with effect from 23 July 2023.
