Opening of new public transport interchange in Wan Chai
(Exhibition Centre Station Public Transport Interchange)

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate the commissioning of the MTR East Rail Line Cross Harbour Extension, the Exhibition Centre Station Public Transport Interchange ("EXC PTI"), which is located next to the Exhibition Centre Station, will commence the operation at 5.30 a.m. on 14 May 2022 (Saturday) to replace the existing Wan Chai North Temporary Public Transport Interchange at Hung Hing Road, Wan Chai and implement the following public transport arrangements:

With effect from 14 May 2022, the following 17 bus routes currently terminating at Wan Chai North Temporary Public Transport Interchange will be relocated to the EXC PTI:

Route Introduction

With effect from 15 May 2022, NWFB will operate a new Route No. 1M (EXC PTI – Wong Nai Chung Gap (Circular)) providing feeder service to and from the EXC PTI.

        Notices will be displayed inside bus compartments and at bus stops to advise passengers of the bus service arrangements. Members of the public may call 1823 Call Centre, visit the TD's website (www.td.gov.hk) and make use of TD's mobile application "HKeMobility" to obtain public transport information.
