In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 12 November 2021 to 6.00 p.m. on 15 December 2024, the section of Chek Lap Kok Road northbound from a point about 1,400 metres north of its junction with East Coast Road to a point about 1,900 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limited of 50 kilometres per hour.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above section of road will be rescinded.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
