ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Public Light Buses Prohibited Zones in Yau Ma Tei

             In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 13 January 2011, the following road sections in Yau Ma Tei will be designated public light buses prohibited zones:

(a) the section of Jordan Road westbound between Gascoigne Road and Canton Road; and
(b) the section of Nathan Road southbound between Nanking Street and Jordan Road.

             Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving public light buses into the above prohibited zones.

             The extent of the prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
