Important Notice 2: From 25 September 2023, the latest updates in road traffic related legislation, driving rules and information will be included in the scope of Part A Test (Written Test) and Taxi Written Test. The updates will be uploaded to the website of Transport Department (click here). The new arrangement will apply to candidates who are scheduled to take the Part A Test (Written Test) and the Taxi Written Test on and after 6 November 2023. Candidates taking the Part A Test (Written Test) or the Taxi Written Test should be conversant with the relevant test materials before taking the test.
Important Notice 3: In order to flexibly deploy resources to meet the driving test demand for Private Car in the Kowloon and the New Territories Region, from 2 January 2024, the Wing Hau Street Driving Test Centre will be used to conduct the driving tests of Private Car (Combined Tests, Intermediate Tests, Road Tests) and Light Goods Vehicle (Combined Tests, Intermediate Tests, Road Tests).
