In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 25 April 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 16 September 2025, the eastern kerbside lane of Lung Mun Road southbound from a point about 115 metres south of its junction with Wu Shan Road to a point about 130 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily designated as a restricted zone from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily except general holidays.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
