TRAFFIC ADVICE
Extension of Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Ferry Street, Yau Ma Tei
Motorists are advised that that to facilitate construction works of Central Kowloon Route – Yau Ma Tei East, the following temporarily traffic arrangements will be implemented in Yau Ma Tei from 01:00 to 05:30 of the following day daily on 5-7, 12-14, 19-21, 26-28 August 2024:-
I. Road Closure
(i) All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from Waterloo Road westbound making left turn onto Ferry Street Southbound.
(ii) All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from Lai Cheung Road eastbound making right turn onto Ferry Street Southbound.
II. Traffic Diversions
(i) Affected vehicles on Waterloo Road westbound heading to Tsim Sha Tsui will be diverted via Lai Cheung Road westbound, Hoi Wang Road southbound.
(ii) Affected vehicles on Lai Cheung Road eastbound heading to Hung Hom will be diverted via Waterloo Road eastbound, Portland Street northbound, Hamilton Street eastbound, Nathan Road southbound.
(iii) Affected vehicles on Lai Cheung Road eastbound heading to Fruit Market Transit Centre will be diverted via Hoi Wang Road southbound, Yan Cheung Road eastbound, Ferry Street northbound, Lai Cheung Road westbound and Hau Cheung Street southbound.
Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
