Opening of New Road, Kowloon City

        Members of the public are advised that the section of Shing Kai Road between Sung Wong Toi Road and Muk On Street (Please refer to the Figure for exact location) will be opened with effect from 2.00 pm on 25 July 2018.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
